Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding holidays) of receipt.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  All order's are shipped within 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our website is designed to only allow orders on items that are in stock and available for shipment.  To request a special-order item or an out-of-stock item please contact the store directly (231) 267-9001.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if system calculated shipping is drastically lower than actual shipping fees.

Non-E-Commerce Items

There are many items available in our Storefront that are not listed on our e-commerce site.  If there is something you are looking for, please contact us for availability and quotes.  Some items have been removed from e-commerce simply because it is not possible to compute shipping rates for those products without actual packaging specifications.  Sales@Hydro45.com or (231) 267-9001
